On September 4, 2012, Little League® Baseball and Softball closed the doors of the Peter J. McGovern Little League Museum and started a $4.3 million renovation process. Stotz Scholarship Luncheon, each receiving $2,000 scholarships. Miss Merrifield and Mr. Ma are joined by Stephen D. When Carl E. Stotz founded Little League in 1939, he did so on the basis of character, courage and loyalty. These words are still found on the Little League Baseball and Softball insignia, and they are also the basis for the Carl E. Stotz Little League Baseball Scholarship. more»
