RENOVO --  Roads throughout the Northern Tier area are being damaged by Marcellus Shale gas drilling trucks. These trucks, which are much larger then normal trucks, are not meant to be driven on mountain roads. The weight of the trucks is so much that they are crumbling and cracking the asphalt.
