Montoursville - A temporary runaround is in place at the SR 1006 (Wallis Run Road) bridge over Engle Mill Run in the Village of Proctor, Plunketts Creek Township.
A maintenance crew from PennDOT's Lycoming County office installed a series of pipes and a temporary roadway around the failed stone arch bridge at that location.
