Identity Theft in Lewis Township – PSP Montoursville report that a 41-year-old woman’s debit card was used to purchase items without her knowledge. On Wednesday, Feb. 23, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., an unknown individual obtained Ralston resident Betsey A. Bonnell’s card and then used the stolen information to purchase items at an unknown location. more»
