Lottery Scam in Loyalsock Township, State Police Report – A woman was scammed out of money after she thought she had won a lottery. PSP Montoursville said around noon on Dec. 9, Debra Fedroff, 56, of 192 Keller Loop, Williamsport sent an amount of money to individuals because she was told she won a lottery. Trooper Daniel L. James H. Miller, 95, of 72 W. Houston Ave., Montgomery died Sunday, December 18, 2011 at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center.
Born November 23, 1916 in Muncy, he was a son of the late James B. and Lucille (Fowler) Miller. On June 31, 1945 he married the former Eldora F. Millheim, who survives. Together they celebrated 66 years of marriage. more»
