Rising Waters in Lycoming County – Rising flood waters in north central Pennsylvania caused a number of crews from various fire departments and emergency personnel to respond to the following incidents on Thursday, March 10:

Accidental Shooting in Loyalsock Township – According to PSP Montoursville, a 14-year-old male teen was accidentally shot in the neck on Saturday, Feb. 19, around 11 p.m. The incident occurred as three juvenile males were in the basement of the victim’s Blair Street residence.
