10:55 a.m. UPDATE: Route 6 is reopened; the detour is lifted.

Montoursville - Motorists in Bradford County are advised that a section of Route 6 is currently closed following a chain-reaction crash in a work zone.

Route 6 Resurfacing Project West of Towanda Starts April 4

Montoursville - A three-mile resurfacing project on Route 6 between Luthers Mills in Burlington Township and Route 220 in North Towanda Township in Bradford County is scheduled to start next week, April 4.

The work will be done under traffic with lane restrictions. Route 6 traffic will be reduced to a single lane during daylight hours, with flaggers directing traffic flow. more»
