Montoursville - State Route 2010 (Wyalusing New Albany Road) in Terry Township, Bradford County will be closed around 9:30 this morning to facilitate the investigation of Sunday morning's crash, about two miles southwest of Route 6.

Montoursville - On Sept. 1, the contractor for the resurfacing project on Route 15 from Route 192 in Lewisburg to Zeigler Road in Kelly Township, Union County will remove all traffic restrictions for the Labor Day holiday.

Then, on Tues., Sept. 6 the contractor will start nighttime milling and paving operations from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly. more»

Montoursville - The three-month detour in effect on Route 44 north of Waterville in Lycoming County is expected to be lifted by early tomorrow evening, Aug. 26.

Once the bridges are open to traffic, the detour will be lifted. more»

Montoursville - A PennDOT maintenance crew in Northumberland County will begin replacement of cross pipes to improve drainage along State Route 1001 (Musser Lane) in Delaware Township between Route 54 and the Northumberland/Lycoming county line.

Montoursville - Motorists in Snyder County are advised to be alert for a lane closure on Routes 11/15 southbound on The Strip in Monroe Township at this time.

A sinkhole has developed in the southbound driving lane in front of the Dairy Queen. The southbound driving lane is closed between Park Road and Mill Road. Motorists may still access the DQ via their exit drive. more»

Montoursville - Motorists in Lycoming County are advised that the right lane through the intersection of Route 15 and Four Mile Road in Lewis Township, Lycoming County is closed as of 3:30 p.m. today due to a material spill.

Cleanup crews are heading to the scene.

The right lane is expected to reopen sometime later this evening.

Montoursville - A PennDOT maintenance crew in Sullivan County has completed a bridge rehabilitation project on State Route 4018 (Dushore-Overton Road) in Cherry Township.

The detour has been lifted.

The PennDOT bridge crew replaced the deck on the bridge over Lick Creek, which is about two miles west of Dushore.

Montoursville - The contractor building the new DuBoistown Bridge between DuBoistown and Williamsport plans to begin moving the causeway from the north side of the river to the south side on Monday, Aug. 22.

Susquehanna Supply Co. will move the rocks that comprise the causeway (work area) in the river from the Williamsport side to the DuBoistown side. more»

Montoursville - Here's a brief update on the Route 15 reconstruction project at the Interstate 180/Route 220 interchange in Williamsport.

The Third Street on- and off-ramp detours, as well as the detour for Route 220 northbound to Route 15 northbound, will be lifted around midday Friday, Aug. 19. more»

Montoursville - Motorists in Lycoming County are advised of heavy traffic at this hour on I-180 eastbound ahead of the microsurfacing project near the Lycoming Mall.

Montoursville - A new state-owned bridge (SR 2074) on Wintersteen Road in Franklin Township, Lycoming County was opened to traffic late yesterday.

A PennDOT bridge crew replaced the previous bridge over a branch of West Branch Run, just east of the intersection with Pine Summit Road.

Montoursville - Motorists in Sullivan County are advised that Route 87 is currently blocked by a stuck tractor trailer about three miles east of Forksville at this hour. Both lanes of travel are blocked at the intersection with Lambert Hill Road. No further details are available at this time.

Montoursville - This Thursday, July 28 the contractor building the new DuBoistown Bridge between Williamsport and DuBoistown over the Susquehanna River will receive another round of beams for the new bridge.

Five beams will arrive for the last span to be set on the north side of the river. This will complete the first phase of beam setting. more»

Montoursville - A PennDOT contractor continues a bridge preservation contract that involves deck treatments on 23 bridges spread across Northumberland County.

At each site, Eastern Industries, Inc. will remove the existing blacktop, place a waterproof membrane on the concrete deck and then resurface it with new blacktop. more»

Montoursville - The contractor working on Route 54 in Danville intends to conduct the nighttime paving operations starting Sunday night, July 24.

Route 54 traffic will be detoured onto Route 11, Mill Street and Front Street during this phase of work.
