MUNCY– Lycoming College art instructor Kathy Sterngold is one of 22 artists featured in the upcoming Regional Invitational Art Exhibition to benefit the Muncy Historical Society. Over the past several weeks, an unlikely little independent thriller called “Paranormal Activity” has raked in more than $32 million.

Shot for a mere $11,000, the film originally played in a handful of venues; but thanks to a clever marketing strategy, the fright-fest eventually went into wider release and is finally playing in Northcentral Pa.
