WVIA Announces 2014-2015 Scholastic Scrimmage Champions

WVIA is proud to announce that the overall 2014-2015 Scholastic Scrimmage champion is Lake-Lehman High School. The team consisting of Jason Field, James Cihocki, Jenna Mortenson, Jasmine Moku, Kaley Egan, David Orhotsky and advisor, Ms. Jean Lipski received a $5,000 check from WVIA and medals and a plaque for their school's trophy case.

Civil War and Victorian Era: Registering Now for Summer Day Camp 2015

The Thomas T. Taber Museum of the Lycoming County Historical Society has opened their summer exhibit this June focusing on the sacrifices residents of Lycoming County made during times of war. The exhibit is entitled “Sacrifices of War” and was curated by summer intern Jack Abbate from Lycoming College and Museum Director Gary Parks. The exhibit runs through August 30. more»
