The Uptown Music Collective, the area’s premier nonprofit school of music, is currently seeking applications for the Alice Heilman Memorial Scholarship.  Prospective students interested in the scholarship must be between the ages of 13 and 18, must demonstrate a love of music and a strong desire to learn, and be able to demonstrate financial need. more»
