January 17 - February 15, 2013
Reception & Gallery Talk: Thursday, Jan. 17, 4-5:30 PM

Dennie Eagleson is a fine-art and documentary photographer whose projects include an extended photographic project about Cuba, interviews and photographs with alternative families made with both conventional and plastic lens cameras, a study of the artifacts left in a an abandoned house made with a pinhole camera, and the abstract work she will exhibit at Lycoming, which is made with out-dated Polaroid materials.

She transform her subject matter through low-tech and lens-less cameras and enjoys the serendipity that often occurs with this process. Eagleson taught photography at Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio until 2008.

Currently she is the director of the Herndon Art Gallery at Antioch.
