Lake Chillisquaque Reopened

Lake Chillisquaque reopened to boating and fishing late this morning. Picnic areas are also open as is the Visitors Center. Trails, however, will be closed for repair and maintenance until possibly September 26. Programs will continue as scheduled.

"Goose Woods Trail is now open for hiking/walking. It is a little muddy in places but is passable. The Chilisuagi Trail that circles the lake is still closed for repairs. We hope to get it open by the end of next week," Jon Beam of PPL said.
