Grateful for my Pennsylvania life
I grew up in Tarrytown,NY, a highly populated suburb of New York City. I have now lived in the Williamsport area for 12 years and I'm still in awe. I still yell out like a little kid, "a cow, I see a cow!" anytime I drive by a farm.
I recently moved outside town to Eldred township. It only takes 8 minutes from the Golden Strip up the windy road to get home, but to me I live in the boonies on top of a mountain. Let me tell you the ends of the Earth really is heaven. Since I moved I've seen a red headed woodpecker, deer, wild turkeys, rabbits and even a fox!
To sum it up, my twin boys came home from church yesterday with two decorated toilet paper rolls glued together as binoculars. You look through it and see everything God made. This Thanksgiving I was blessed to live in such a beautiful part of the country.
