'Float Your Fanny' Planned for 2011

Many people in central Pennsylvania have been wondering whatever happened to the “Float Your Fanny in the Susquehanny” float and will it ever return. Sadly, not this year, but community members can get their inner tubes ready because it is being planned for next year.
The float, planned for July 9, 2011, will be held as a fundraiser for Andrew’s Special Kids Foundation, an organization helping kids with special needs.
The event is currently in the early stages of development. More information will available closer to the date of the float.

fanny float
I was wondering if anyone remembers the song that use to go with the fanny float? I only remember the first part of it...... Put your fanny put your fanny in the susquhanny, bring your granny bring your granny to the susquhanny.....that is all I remember I live in Nevada now so couldn not participate in it but I do remember from when I was kid was wondering if they used this song this year, was so glad to see they brought the float back
