First Friday Celebration ~ April 1, 2011
Williamsport welcomes visitors to its monthly First Friday Art Town event. Below is a list of some of the exhibits and activities planned.

• Gustonian Gifts-357 Pine Street; 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Artwork by Brennan Dincher. Live Music: TBA.
• Julie’s Coffee-33 W. Third Street; 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Watercolor and Oil paintings by Jessica Heath and Ed Steinhilper. "Local Colors"
• Otto’s Books-107 W. Fourth Street; 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Maria Boileau will be signing her new book in the Images of America Series, Lock Haven; 5 p.m. to 7:15p.m.Mark Dunn, a novelist and playwright, will be signing his new novel, Under the Harrow.
• CH'Arts @ Plankenhorns-144 W. Fourth Street; 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Will feature artwork from Cochran Elementary students. Mrs. Hammond, art teacher.
• Baskin Gallery @ WASD District Service Center-2780 W. Fourth St. (Roosevelt Middle building); 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Opening Reception and presentation of the Annual Awards Exhibition. Gallery will showcase work from Grade 6-12 art students. Awards to be presented during the opening.
• Woodlands Bank-213 W. Fourth Street; 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Richard Karp/ Have Camera Will Travel.
• Alabaster Coffee Roaster&Tea Company-410 Pine Street, 6 p.m. Coffee roasting demonstration at in our roasting room. 7 p.m. Live music by Shannon and Josh from Clouds Make Sounds, Jeff Mach opening. Gallery featuring works by local artist Ann House.
• LeChocolate-420 Pine Street; 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Works by Bernard Katz Glass. Collegetown Gallery Exhibit– At Community Arts Center, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Lycoming College student, Stephanie Menagh, will be exhibiting photography entitled "Wasting Away."
• Bullfrog Brewery-229 West 4th Street; 10 p.m. Live music: Lumpy Gravy--celebrating their 13th anniversary!
• Hoyer's Photo Supply-18 West 4th Street; 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Photography exhibit- Stephen Hoff Portraits available to be taken with professional lighting. A free 4x6photograph will be given to those who choose to be photographed.
• Lycoming County Visitors Center The Bald Eagle Art League-210 William Street; 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.Exhibit by BEAL member Deb Trate.
• Pine Street Artfest-The corner of Pine and Fourth; 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Street Closed for Music, Arts and Dancing in the Streets.

• Community Theatre League-100 West 3rd Street 7:15 p.m. Mark Dunn signing of the play. 7:30 p.m. “A Family Plot”—Comedy at the Community Theatre League, Tickets $15 Adults/$8 Students.
• The Herdic House-407 W. Fourth Street; 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Exhibit - Dick Welde - Oil Paintings; Andy Lyon Shucking Oysters
• Pajama Factory-1307 Park Avenue; 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. 2011 Lycoming County Children’s Art Exhibition View the outstanding imaginative work of both students and teachers. Visit Artists in their studios. See Community Service Vendors.
• The James V. Brown Library-19 East Fourth Street; 7 p.m. Author Jane Kirkland presents “No Student Left Indoors” on the first floor of the Welch Children’s Wing
