Annual Billtown Film Festival Slated

The second annual Billtown Film Festival will be held Thursday, April 21 at 6:30pm - April 23 at 9:30pm at the Community Arts Center, 220 W. Fourth St. Williamsport.

Created by Richard C. James, the event is sponsored by CAC, First Community Foundation, RPA, Inc., JVBrown Library, Williamsport Sun Gazette, The Graphic Hive and the Williamsport Guardian.

Admission is free to the festival.
